Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Quantitative & Technology Services team in Capital Markets. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for engaging and partnering with technology teams to understand their business needs, use-cases, datasets, and analytical requirements. You will assess product-fit and facilitate the smooth adoption of our Aperture platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage and partner with QTS application teams to understand their analytical use-cases and business goals
  • Facilitate information gathering sessions to gather requirements and document them
  • Partner with platform engineering teams to ensure technical capabilities and data requirements are well understood
  • Work with senior stakeholders to validate their requirements and analysis
Requirements
  • Strong business domain understanding of Financial Services/Capital Markets
  • Excellent data analysis and solid background dealing with complex software products
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities
