Join the Lending Programs Team in the Senior Analyst, Operational Policies and Programs position. In this role, you will support the reporting function of the team while enhancing current processes leading to efficiencies and insights. Your skills and passion for overseeing the administration and decisions relevant to lending activities for the purpose of mitigating risks will help support and provide good client service and achieve corporate objectives.

What you'll do:

  • Continuously monitor and report on the external operating environment with respect to guidelines, policies and practices that have an impact on the internal standards and practices.
  • Offer advice, support and provide alternative solutions to clients and stakeholders including communication of key decisions, interpretation of policies and response to inquiries.
  • Participate in internal processes involving performance monitoring and quality assurance.
  • Identify issues, strengths and challenges, and perform ad hoc analysis and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with program criteria and reporting and/or operational guidelines.
  • Develop datasets, reports and dashboards for the various stakeholders.

What you should have:

  • An undergraduate degree in Business Administration or in a related discipline.
  • A minimum of three years of experience using analytical tools, including Microsoft Suite reporting tools (such as Advanced Excel, CRM Microsoft dynamics, Power BI, Data Flow).
  • Sound analytical skills with demonstrated ability to capture and synthesize information to develop recommendations and provide advice.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

It would be great if you also had:

  • A sound knowledge of mortgage financing and lending administration.
