- Collaborate with teammates to achieve team deliverables and support the overall success of the organization.
- Post-secondary school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare, pharmacy, or dental benefit administration and claims processing is an advantage.
- Strong customer service focus and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Reader, and Writer.
- Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and mediate difficult situations.
