Job Title: Account Manager III

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager III to join our Commercial Business Segment team. As an Account Manager III, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial business customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial business customers, providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to proactively attract, acquire, and retain customers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and partners.
  • Provide credit and deposit solutions to customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue business opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the team.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial banking or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
