Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Account Manager to join our team at McDougall Insurance and Financial. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met, and building strong relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide legendary service to clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and text, to provide updates and information about their policies.
- Process policy changes, additions, and deletions accurately and efficiently using our broker management system (EPIC).
- Ensure all transactions and renewals are processed accurately and on time.
- Provide quotations and estimates to clients, updating their information and confirming data and coverage.
- Communicate with insurance company personnel as required to resolve client issues.
- Act as a liaison between the client, McDougall Insurance, and the insurance company, balancing the interests of all parties.
- Assist in the collection of accounts receivable and perform other tasks as required.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and eligibility to obtain a RIBO license.
