Job Title: Food Production Worker

About the Role:

The Food Production Worker is a key member of our team, responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our patients, clients, and customers. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and food safety guidelines
  • Ensure that all food is served hot and presented in a visually appealing manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols
  • Work effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless meal service
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our food service model and policies

About You:

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. If you have:

  • Grade XII or equivalent
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in cooking and food preparation
  • Successful completion of Food Handlers Course within the past five years
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with other staff, clients, and management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use sound professional judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to promoting a culture of respect and safety
  • Physical capabilities to perform duties of the position
