Position: Sales Process Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Senior Sales Management to develop tools and campaigns supporting corporate targets
  • Create and maintain a sales process for staff and departments
  • Lead process development in Sales Software Development teams
  • Produce and analyze sales reports, aiming for automated dashboard output
  • Manage sales training matrix and onboarding programs
  • Cultivate a culture of customer service and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • 3+ years Sales Management / Sales Process experience
  • Proven track record in developing sales processes
  • Strong change management skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM (HubSpot), design software, and sales metric dashboards
