Sales Operations Manager

About the Role
The Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and optimizing sales performance at Smart Technologies. This position will be responsible for developing and implementing sales forecasting processes, working closely with the sales organization to provide accurate and timely forecasts. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and enhancing reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely forecasts
- Work closely with the sales organization to provide revenue and unit forecasts
- Create and enhance reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision making
- Optimize sales performance by identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales forecasts with production schedules, inventory levels, and distribution plans
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and operations planning to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a related position
- Proven experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and/or Business Analytics
- BA/BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Experience with CRM platforms, BI platforms, and planning tools
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
- Self-starter with high attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Location
This role can be a hybrid or remote position and can be based in Florida, New Jersey, Connecticut, Georgia, North Carolina, Virginia, or Eastern Canada.
