Relevant du Maître
d'hôtel et du Directeur du restaurant, les responsabilités et
fonctions du poste sont :

· Fournir un service de qualité supérieure à nos clients dans le respect
des procédures et des standards du StoneHaven Le Manoir.

· Assurer le service en salle et la coordination des tables.

· Connaître parfaitement les plats pour être en mesure de bien expliquer
notre menu.

· Se tenir informé de
tous changements afin de répondre aux questions et d'émettre des suggestions au
client.

· Promouvoir nos plats en mentionnant nos producteurs locaux ainsi que
leur provenance.

· Faire la mise en place des tables.

· Procéder à l'encaissement des factures clients.

· Toutes autres tâches connexes.

· Détenir au minimum 2 années d'expérience dans un poste similaire issu
d'un restaurant haut de gamme.

· Être bilingue (français et anglais) clientèle internationale.
