**About the Role:**

Lead the food and beverage operations of a large hotel in downtown Montreal, overseeing restaurants, bars, and banquet services to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage food and beverage activities, ensuring quality, hygiene, and safety standards are met.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of food and beverage managers and staff.
  • Develop and manage budgets, analyze financial reports, and optimize profits and operating costs.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through exceptional service and proactive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with the head chef to develop menus and implement marketing strategies to promote food and beverage outlets.
  • Ensure efficient inventory management and product quality.

**Required Skills:**

  • Human resource management skills, including team management and conflict resolution.
  • Sales, marketing, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Professional attitudes and behaviors, including teamwork, autonomy, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingualism (French-English) is required, with proficiency in other languages an asset.
