Compétences et Responsabilités- Accueillir les clients avec chaleur et professionnalisme
- Prendre les commandes avec efficacité et suivre les étapes établies de service
- Servir les aliments dans les temps voulus avec professionnalisme
- Maintenir les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité
- Communiquer avec le personnel des cuisines pour assurer que les commandes sont livrées correctement
- Répondre aux plaintes ou aux problèmes rapidement
- Expérience préalable dans l'industrie des services alimentaires
- Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à bien s'entendre avec les autres
