- Schedule patient appointments and ensure the clinic is fully booked wherever possible.
- Act as the first point of contact for patients with diverse and complex needs, responding to inquiries daily by email, phone, or in-person.
- Confirm supports required for appointments, liaising with caseworkers and community support agencies as needed.
- Assist with student and clinician schedules, arrange staff and case consultation meetings as needed.
- Maintain Excel databases for all applicants, including student participation, appointment tracking, patient demographics, and status of applications.
- Liaise with the SCSD receptionist regarding patient appointments and mailing/receiving packages as needed.
- Business/office/medical administration diploma with approximately two to three years' related experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Exemplary demonstrated communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact with, support, and clearly convey information to a wide range of individuals with complex and diverse needs.
- Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of or experience in a university and/or medical environment.
