Responsibilities:
  • Ship and receive parts orders, verifying shipping documents
  • Explain the benefits of OEM parts to customers
  • Interact with retail, wholesale, and internal customers
  • Perform inventory checks and corrections
  • Track core charges and follow up on returns
  • Fulfill parts requests from technicians
Requirements:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
