About the Opportunity

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain Requests for Quotes for MRP replenishment items.
  • Support Contract Lifecycle Management and P-Card process management and reconciliation.
  • Expediting purchases, investigating receiving/invoicing discrepancies, and material analysis and data enhancement for Master Data support.
  • Complete warehouse analysis and reporting on an ad hoc basis and support the Procure-to-Pay process for goods and services.
  • Identify cost reductions and mitigate risks, and support vendor setup and contract closeout processes.
Requirements
  • Available to begin work on January 6, 2025.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Valid US Driver's License required.
  • Previous experience is considered an asset.
  • Strong attitude for carrying out all work in a safe, cautious manner while following safe work practices.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Education
  • Pursuing an undergraduate degree in SCM or any Business-related field (Commerce, Economics, Finance, etc.).
  • Preference will be given to students in 3rd or 4th year.
  • Availability for multiple work terms is preferred.
  • Strong academic performance.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week during the scheduled semester.
