Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Pan Am Clinic. As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM).
- Recent experience in emergency nursing, preferably in a critical care setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of emergency nursing practices, policies, and procedures.
- Bilingualism (English/French).
- Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare software.
- Knowledge of quality improvement principles and practices.
