About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the development of our Platform As A Service, driving standardization, acceleration, and facilitation of work within the technical lifecycle of a product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop the platform vision and lead the Agile delivery team, outlining and prioritizing work based on business value.
  • Ensure the right products are developed, taking responsibility for the business aspects of the project.
  • Lead, plan, track, and be accountable for all phases of the product lifecycle, from beginning to end.
  • Propose new product ideas, design concepts, and communicate with stakeholders to define the product vision and strategy.
  • Follow up with stakeholders as needed and inspire the team to deliver best-in-class products.
  • Be responsible for product evolution and technical debt management.
  • Build and define a vision and long-term roadmap for the products, aligning with business and user needs, and market trends.
Requirements
  • College or bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent education and experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Product Owner.
  • Expertise with CI/CD pipelines, source code management, K8S, and Vault.
  • Excellent understanding of Agile and DevOps, with knowledge of Helm technology.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) for regular interactions with colleagues across the country.
