Job Role:
As a Product Owner at National Bank, you will play a key role in the Privacy Transformation (PRP) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategic Program. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a Product Owner for the Personal Information Access Management (HAND) and Unstructured data and environments project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a Product Owner (PO) in complex projects that translate into functionalities.
• Be responsible for the delivery of initiatives and contribute to the achievement of the roadmap for the development of solutions.
• Slice and sequence a target vision in order to maximize value delivery by taking into account constraints and interdependencies with other projects or sectors.
• Accompany and support adaptation to change, obtain buy-in from others and manage resistance to change.
• Continuously make improvements and fixes to the product to improve the experience to meet current and future needs.

Your Team:
You will report to a Senior Director within the Office of Privacy, ESG and AI with multidisciplinary profiles. You will be part of a program with a functional structure of several members organized into squads including a team PO and 1 team PM and business analysts.

Prerequisites:
• Industry-related bachelor's degree and six years of relevant experience OR Industry-related master's degree and four years of relevant experience.
• Experience in solution delivery as a Product Owner (P.O.).
• Ability to work in Agile mode: Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and deliver without having all the specifications.
• Ability to evolve in a data environment.
• Ability to communicate information and ideas effectively.
• Excellent ability to make informed decisions independently.
• Ability to understand solution architecture and be able to challenge it to ensure that it meets business needs.
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Demonstrates a great sense of proactivity and care.
• Good problem solving and ability to work through ambiguity.
• Customer and user-centered in everyday life.
