Job Title: Preconstruction Home Sales Representative
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and personable individual to join our team as a Preconstruction Home Sales Representative. As the first point of contact for potential buyers and visitors, you will create a welcoming and informative atmosphere, guiding them through the purchasing process and ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective homebuyers to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the development project, including available floor plans, features, amenities, pricing, and construction timelines.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to showcase the value proposition of the development and address any concerns or questions raised by potential buyers.
- Lead Management: Manage leads through various channels, ensuring timely follow-up and nurturing relationships with potential buyers.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building rapport to foster long-term client relationships.
- Market Research: Stay informed about local real estate market trends, competitive developments, and industry best practices to adapt sales strategies and maximize opportunities.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork, documentation, and sales reports accurately and efficiently to facilitate smooth transactions and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with team members, marketing departments, and management to streamline communication and ensure cohesive efforts in achieving sales targets.
- Professional Development: Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills through training, networking, and industry events to stay at the forefront of the real estate market and sales practices.
Requirements:
- Valid Real Estate License in Ontario.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in preconstruction or new development projects.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation abilities, with the capability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant sales tools.
