Join our team at Paladin Security Group, a leading provider of security services to clients with complex security needs. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Job Summary:- Provide proactive and reactive security patrols and response to incidents on assigned shifts.
- Write reports and investigate routine incidents, as well as respond to coded emergencies in a quick and efficient manner.
- Display excellent customer service skills and work with people who are under stress or in need of medical assistance.
- Patrol assigned area on foot to ensure personal, building, and equipment security.
- Watch for and report irregularities, including security breaches, facility and safety hazards, and emergency situations.
- Utilize two-way radio and computer applications for communicating site activities.
- Sustain effective relationships with key stakeholders and provide specialized security services.
- Offer support to individuals in need, including providing direction and responding to emergency situations.
- Extensive paid industry training

- Minimum of one year of experience in a concierge security role
- A valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Proficient in English (both oral and written)
- Vulnerable Sector Check
- COVID Double Vaccination
- Customer Service Experience
