As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate at Walmart Canada, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and dispensing online orders with high-quality standards and accuracy, while adhering to strict safety and food hygiene standards to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Description
Working as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate is a great way to develop your skills in the retail industry. You will be responsible for:

• Picking and assembling orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve timely delivery to customers.
• Packing orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
• Ensuring that products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products and freshest product selection.
• Correctly documenting and labeling all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
• Optimizing tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
• Balancing fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offering service, including supporting issues to resolution.
• Ensuring strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, including maintaining a clean and hygienic work area and operating material handling equipment in a safe and responsible manner.

Key Responsibilities
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
• Demonstrate flexibility in completing and adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests and meeting daily delivery schedules.
