Job Overview

Velocity Truck Centre Canada is seeking a seasoned Regional Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Vancouver Island dealerships. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, coaching and guiding managers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize leadership outputs and drive financial performance
  • Direct and oversee regional locations to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop territories, sales quotas, and strategies
  • Develop and implement marketing programs, promotions, and sales objectives to increase sales and achieve projected quotas
  • Maintain constant focus on defining, measuring, and improving the customer experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in dealership/trucking industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Possesses analytical skills to evaluate data, make operational decisions, and solve difficult problems
  • Strong knowledge in business management and operational practices
  • Elevated business acumen
  • Experience managing diverse teams, including managers, is highly desired
  • Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
