Job Title: Regional General Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional General Manager to lead our business operations in the Vancouver Island region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, achieving business goals, and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily operations to achieve business goals and maximize profitability.
  • Guide management staff in their assigned region, setting performance objectives, evaluating, and optimizing operational performance.
  • Ensure regulatory and company standards are upheld, and prepare operations and financial reports.
  • Lead and manage people, ensuring operations run smoothly, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create development plans for direct reports and ensure processes are cascaded down throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and make operational decisions.
  • Expert team player & team builder; collaborate with others to achieve quality results.
  • Ability to utilize logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry.
  • Strong knowledge in business management and operational practices.
  • Elevated business acumen.
  • Ability to champion change to develop efficiencies and enhance customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both verbally and written.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
