Senior Director of Platform Strategy and Transformation: Lead the development and execution of OpenText's enterprise platforms strategy, driving margin improvements and operational cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute enterprise platforms strategy, roadmaps, and margin improvement initiatives
  • Design and implement optimal business value and margin improvements through platform utilization
  • Drive business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for enterprise platforms
  • Provide expert advice on architecture, designs, and best practices for commercial and corporate technology teams
  • Manage large and complex enterprise-wide initiatives to solve business problems
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of enterprise platforms, identifying opportunities for optimization

Requirements:

  • End-to-end strategy building, planning, design, and execution ability
  • Commercial mindset to drive margin improvements through focused initiatives
  • Strong understanding of application architecture, platform, and data architecture
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-wide transformation
  • Implementation advisory and guidance during the implementation phase
  • 10+ years of demonstrated success in leading technology initiatives across multiple systems
  • Ability to manage and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on complex data
