Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Platform Strategy and Transformation to join our team at OpenText. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for outlining our broader platform strategy and driving both tactical and strategic roadmaps of key enterprise platforms, including cloud and data centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-level cost-benefit analysis and outline initiatives and sequencing to deliver strategy.
  • Own and drive business objectives and key performance indicators (KPI) of enterprise platforms to drive operational cost reduction and improvement in margins.
  • Provide expert advice on architecture, designs, and best practices to both commercial and corporate technology teams in extracting optimal value from enterprise platforms.
  • Manage large and complex enterprise-wide initiatives that solve business problems.
  • Present results to the Executive Board.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of demonstrated success in leading technology initiatives across multiple systems of varying degrees of complexity.
  • Ability to manage and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on complex data.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture, platform, and data architecture.
  • Ability to work with Cross-Functional teams including Engineering, Platform, and Finance teams to drive enterprise-wide transformation.
