We are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team at St. Walburg Health Centre. As a Nurse in our Residential Care Unit, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality care to our patients.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and evaluate care plans, ensuring patient safety and well-being
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent
  • Basic Life Support Health Care Provider Certificate (BLS-HCP)
  • Registered/eligible with the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of SK and the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
