**Job Summary**
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator, where you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families in need.
**About the Role**
As a Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our clinical team, ensuring optimal use of resources and efficient use of clinical staff. You will also supervise designated clinical staff, provide clinical consultation, and oversee the development of joint care plans.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the clinical team, ensuring optimal use of resources and efficient use of clinical staff
• Supervise designated clinical staff, including performance evaluation, staff training, and development
• Provide clinical consultation and role modeling to staff
• Oversee the development of joint care plans, ensuring proper completion and monitoring
• Participate in intake meetings, client reviews, discharge planning rounds, and case conferences
• Assist staff in resolving complex clinical issues, providing clinical consultation and coaching
• Maintain client records, documenting client assessments, charting client information, and preparing progress notes and reports
• Maintain a variety of records, including program activities, workload statistics, and monthly reports
• Provide leadership in setting the clinical direction for the program, determining short and long-term goals and objectives
• Develop and implement quality improvement processes, engaging in programs/practice evaluation and identifying opportunities for change
**Qualifications**
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Counseling, or other relevant health-related discipline
• Four (4) years recent related experience, including two (2) years of staff supervisory experience, as well as clinical experience in individual, family, and group modalities of practice in mental health/psychiatry in community and/or hospital settings
