Job Title: Technical Account Manager

About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our Partner Integration Team. As a Technical Account Manager, you'll be responsible for working with our global partners to integrate our content and services into their platforms. You'll be the technical point of contact for our partners, and will work closely with their teams to ensure seamless integration and successful launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with partners to understand their technical requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful integration and launch of our content and services
  • Provide technical guidance and support to partners throughout the integration process
  • Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise during integration
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in technical account management, product management, program management, engineering, or solutions architecture
  • Proven track record of delivering successful technical projects and integrations
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in back-office systems, authentication, authorization, identity management, billing, and entitlements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with affiliate equipment, including set-top boxes
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics-driven decision making
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, distributed team
