We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Technical Account Manager to join our Partner Integration Team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working with external partners to integrate our services with their systems, ensuring seamless and efficient delivery of our content to their customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with external partners to design and implement technical solutions that meet their needs and align with our business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with partner engineering teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including product management, engineering, and operations, to ensure successful integration and launch of partner integrations.
  • Identify and define requirements for unique partner integrations, driving technical negotiation and alignment with partners.
  • Represent the voice of partners, providing key insights and data-driven recommendations to improve our integration experience.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in product management, program management, engineering, or solutions architecture.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-performance, stable, and scalable systems in production.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex technical designs and identify solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with back-office systems, such as authentication, authorization, identity management, billing, and entitlements.
  • Understanding of affiliate equipment, including set-top boxes, and ability to integrate our app onto that equipment.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate with engineers, marketing, distribution, and executive leaders.
  • Ability to lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects across multiple teams and geographies.
