About the Role- Assist Residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional and physical support to Residents, including those who are dying.
- Assist with meal preparation and serving, as well as recreational programs and activities.
- Document care delivery and maintain accurate records.
- Assist Residents with all aspects of care, including personal care, mobility, and nutrition.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to Residents.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Participate in infection control and preventative maintenance programs.
- Recognized Health Care Aide Certificate or completed two years of accepted registered nursing education program.
- One year previous experience as a Health Care Aide preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
