We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Reception Associate to join our team at MINI Vancouver. As a key member of our Service department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our service reception area.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon arrival and check them in for appointments
- Answer phone calls from customers and assist them with their needs
- Coordinate customers with their Service Advisors
- Complete Service Loaner Contracts with customers
- Coordinate Service Shuttles for customer drop off and pick up
- Schedule and track loaner vehicles to ensure availability
- Maintain, schedule, and track rental vehicles
- Provide weekly status reports on the entire loaner fleet
- Maintain the flow in the Service drive
- Daily data trackers
- Accept invoices and file them
- Cash balancing
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of the automotive industry
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Familiarity with the Vancouver area
- Previous experience and knowledge working with fleet and loaner vehicles is an asset
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong computer skills (internet and MS Office suite proficiency)
- Ability to work closely with a team
- Self-motivated with the ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision
