We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in a full-time inbound service role. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of Grainger, providing personalized support to customers through phone, email, and other communication channels. You'll be the go-to expert for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Use critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues, including product search, pricing, and invoicing discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an inbound customer service center.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies.
