Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our Finance and Accounting department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities- Process purchase order requests and create purchase orders in our enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Monitor costs and budget for corporate projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support various departments in requesting quotes and negotiating with suppliers.
- Review agreements and prices for suppliers and maintain good relationships.
- Reconcile transactions paid using corporate credit cards and perform annual assessments of corporate suppliers.
- Specialized graduate degree, university certificate, or college diploma in Procurement or Administration.
- At least five years of experience in procurement or relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite and bilingualism (English and French).
- Asset: Knowledge of an ERP like Maconomy and experience with recovery and logistics.
