Job Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Multi Skilled Worker. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our dining services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of tasks to support our daily operations, including cleaning, food preparation, serving meals, and dishwashing.
  • Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of residents' rooms and common areas, as well as the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Prepare and serve meals, deliver trays to residents, and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Perform duties according to health and safety guidelines and report any injuries or hazards to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:

  • A valid Food Handler Certificate or provincial equivalent.
  • Previous housekeeping and food services experience is an asset.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare environment or long-term care setting is preferred.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good command of the English language, both verbal and written, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
