Job Overview

Reports to: Manager Project Planning & Scheduling, National Service Group

Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm

Location: Edmonton office and warehouse

Relocation: This position does not offer relocation

Responsibilities
  • Shipping & Receiving Assets, Parts, tooling or any items required for project execution.
  • Fleet Management, Tracking and Maintenance. Sending trucks for Service.
  • Inventory and & Restocking of all assets
  • Asset Tracking & Maintenance updating spreadsheets.
  • Schedule certifications/repairs of assets
  • Assisting in the development of procedures.
  • Inventory Service trucks, Mechanical, Electrical, welding, rigging containers
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years' work experience; field experience would be an asset.
  • Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Experience.
  • Understand basic Microsoft programs (Excel, Word) Effective analytical, problem solving, planning & organizational skills
  • Lift Truck & Skid Steer experience would be an asset.
  • Self-starter who is action and results oriented with strong interpersonal skills, Organized.
  • Ability to complete general repairs on assets and shipping containers
  • Knowledge of general hand tooling and power tooling
  • Ability to handle & prioritize multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills with a strong focus on customer service
