Seeking experienced Counter Agent to manage airport operations, ensuring seamless customer service and efficient logistics.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Customer Service agents
  • Monitor updates from OCC and report to airport authorities
  • Review flight logs to ensure accurate billing
  • Track passenger counts for airport submissions
  • Attend airport meetings with General Manager
  • Update IFIDS
  • Meet with General Manager to discuss employee and operational challenges
  • Complete daily ops logs in Vortex
  • Ensure baggage deliveries are completed
  • Provide weekly passenger numbers to airport
  • Prepare and stock international packages
  • Bridge aircraft
  • Complete shift planning board
  • Work effectively with airline crew
  • Perform light grooming duties
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2 years' Counter Agent experience with increasing responsibilities
  • Successful completion of all Training and Read and Signs
  • RAIC/Security Clearance pass
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Previous experience managing/building a schedule
  • Previous Airport customer service experience
