Job Summary:

S.R.T. MedStaff is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to join our Community Visiting Nursing Program. As a Visiting Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, primarily in Markham, Stouffville, Thornhill, and Richmond Hill.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
  • Evaluate treatment plans and make adjustments as needed
  • Advocate for patients' rights and promote their safety and well-being
  • Share knowledge and expertise with other healthcare providers

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • One year of recent experience in community nursing
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and crisis resolution skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with information technology
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
