S.R.T. MedStaff is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) and Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to join our Community Visiting Nursing Program. As a Visiting Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, primarily in Markham, Stouffville, Thornhill, and Richmond Hill.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Evaluate treatment plans and make adjustments as needed
- Advocate for patients' rights and promote their safety and well-being
- Share knowledge and expertise with other healthcare providers
Requirements:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- One year of recent experience in community nursing
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, and crisis resolution skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with information technology
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
