Inside Sales Estimator role requires evaluating customer needs, providing pricing solutions, and inputting orders to gain sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide product solutions for incoming inquiries.
  • Review and evaluate plans and specifications.
  • Determine commercial HVAC-R equipment requirements to meet client needs.
  • Assist with projects and work with mechanical contractors and consulting engineers.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals based on project plans/specifications.
  • Prepare technical drawings and data sheets for client approval.
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to process orders.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Determine the best method to resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in HVAC or a related discipline.
  • Experience in HVAC (an asset).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel).
  • Willingness to acquire industry knowledge.
  • High level of commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and provide variable solutions.
