Job Summary

Assists with supporting the development and collaboration of organisational, team and individual effectiveness in major project and programme teams.

Supports on and/or delivers Organisation Development (OD) service deliverables for allocated projects and programmes, adapting to suit the scale and complexity.

Key Job Responsibilities


Proactively builds relationships with project/programme senior leadership teams, to understand their challenges and concerns related to organisational effectiveness and/or team collaboration, working with them to guide and steer the agenda.

Assesses performance and effectiveness gaps, and proactively works with project senior leaders to recommend continuous improvement plans.

Analyses the current state of projects/programmes against strategy, culture and processes, to put in place a self-sustaining programme of works.

Aligns programme of works to all relevant contractual and legal requirements related to project delivery, and to the project mission, vision and values.

Where relevant, develops, delivers and adapts bespoke initiatives that create opportunities for personal, team and project growth.
Identifies and measures the value added from project/programme consultations and initiatives that were developed and delivered.
Supports bidding processes as required.

Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
