Job Title: Clinical Nutrition Services Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nutrition Services Supervisor to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. As a key member of our clinical nutrition team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the provision of nutrition care to patients in an assigned area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of dietitians and other clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement clinical nutrition standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence in patient care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide nutrition education and support to patients and families.
  • Conduct quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of clinical nutrition services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from a recognized educational institution and successful completion of an accredited dietetic internship program.
  • Four (4) years' recently related experience in clinical nutrition in an acute care setting, including one (1) year experience in a leadership/supervisory role.
  • Current registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia.
