Clinical Dietitian

The Fraser Health Authority is seeking a skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide expert nutrition advice and care to patients, ensuring they receive the best possible treatment and support.
Responsibilities- Determine appropriate nutrition interventions for patients, assessing their current status and developing personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide effective consultation and education on nutrition-related topics.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of nutrition interventions and make adjustments as needed.
- Contribute to the development of clinical practice guidelines and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from an approved educational institution and successful completion of an approved dietetic internship program.
- Current registration in the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC.
- Valid BC Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business-related purposes.
