Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, inspect, repair, and modify various electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, and digital locking mechanisms
  • Prepare contractors' keys
  • Manage and repair buildings' controlled access mechanisms
  • Repair buildings and units' door locks
  • Inspect and repair buildings' entrance doors
  • Prepare new tenant keys each month
  • Manage keys
Requirements
  • Valid locksmith qualification card
  • Valid Private Security Bureau card
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
  • Five (5) years of experience
  • Ability to work with controlled access management software
  • Understanding and ability to manage key charts
  • Ability to key-cut MEDECO keys
  • Ability to speak French
Working Conditions
  • Be in good physical condition and not experiencing dizziness
  • Be able to distinguish colors
  • Have a good hand-eye coordination
  • Love working whether indoor or outdoor
  • Possess strong manual skills and dexterity
  • Be able to immediately detect deficiencies
  • Exercise sound judgment and have analytical and problem-solving skills pertaining to locks
