Janitorial Specialist

Boardwalk is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of our customers by maintaining a clean and sanitized environment.

• Ensure daily communication with site associates to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
• Clean building entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity rooms, and other common areas as required.
• Clean vacant suites and perform other suite touch-ups as needed.
• Perform touch-up painting as required.
• Conduct interior and exterior garbage pick-up as needed.
• Assist with snow removal.
• Ensure proper and accurate inventory management.
• Verify that all equipment is working and being maintained properly.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

• 2 years of cleaning experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of French (verbal and written).
• Familiarity with computer tablets is an asset.
