Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Pan Am Clinic. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and services
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop strategies for improvement
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and services

Requirements:

  • Current active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
  • Knowledge of Professional Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
