Job Summary

  • Develop a dynamic partnership with senior executives responsible for Food Service and Facility Management

  • Develop and manage top-down and bottom-up budgeting and forecasting processes, compiling information, managing assumptions, and developing the financial story
  • Provide business decision support, evaluating options, developing and validating business cases against new projects and strategic initiatives
  • Lead and manage a team in the preparation of in-depth analysis of the business and management reporting, challenging business results and evolving reporting to reflect changing context, data availability, and priorities
  • Recruit, select, hire, and onboard the best talent, leading, coaching, motivating, and retaining a team of high-performing employees
  • Recognize and reward extraordinary performance, provide feedback and develop performance improvement plans for underperforming employees, and implement succession planning, team building, and skill development
  • Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, CPA required
  • 10+ years of work experience with a minimum of 7 years in FP&A and 3+ years in a leadership level
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills, ability to get things done, and be viewed as a trusted advisor of business leadership
  • Proven ability to operate under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deliverables
  • Demonstrated collaborative thinking, ability to build cross-functional approaches and consensus, and establish a unique point of view
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a team player who can act as both a leader and an individual contributor as required
  • Confident and effective communication (written & verbal) skills
  • Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity and change
