Flexible short-shift opportunities for LPNs at Baptist Housing in Victoria, providing medication support and a unique schedule of 3 days on and 3 days off.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide person-centered care, collaborate with RNs, implement wellness programs, maintain accurate records, and promote health and safety practices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing medication support and administering medications as needed
  • Collaborating with RNs for complex cases and consultations
  • Implementing wellness programs and fostering a positive environment for residents and team members
  • Maintaining accurate resident charting and information using advanced systems

Requirements:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse Diploma from a recognized, post-secondary institution
  • Member in good standing or eligible for membership with British Columbia College of Nurses & Midwives (BCCNM)
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Food Safe Certificate

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Baptist Housing, you will contribute to comprehensive care planning and evaluating service delivery, adhering to the highest standards of practice and ethics outlined by the BCCNM.
