Job Summary:

The Stock Controller plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store's inventory management. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping merchandise
  • Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
  • Collaborate with the sales team to resolve customer inquiries and issues related to inventory
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management and reduce stockroom errors
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and stockroom activities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations or a related field
  • Proven track record of successful inventory management and customer service
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Working Conditions:

The Stock Controller will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular exposure to inventory, stockroom equipment, and customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and inventory accuracy.

Compensation:

Moncler Spa offers a competitive hourly rate range of $22-$26 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
