Inventory Management Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Supervisor to join our team at North Vancouver Bottle Depot. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring accurate and efficient tracking of stock levels, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, monitoring inventory movements, and conducting regular cycle counts.
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts, overstocking, and inventory discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure timely and accurate receipt of inventory shipments.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with inventory management policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to inventory staff on inventory management procedures and best practices.
- 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
Our warehouse is a fast-paced environment with a high volume of inventory movements. You will be required to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
