Inventory Management Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Supervisor to join our team at North Vancouver Bottle Depot. As an Inventory Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management process, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory levels, and coordinating with other departments to achieve operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain accurate inventory records
- Develop and implement inventory management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with purchasing and receiving teams to ensure timely and accurate receipt of inventory
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of inventory
- Provide training and guidance to inventory staff on inventory management procedures and policies
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in inventory management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred
