Work term length: 4-months or 8 months

What you'll be doing
  • Complete BI data requests to deliver critical data & reporting to our internal business partners within agreed timelines.
  • Support senior BI team members on high-value projects to support profitable growth & customer/broker engagement.
  • Assist with testing of code outputs to facilitate transition to Google Cloud environment
  • Demonstrate clear & concise communication with the project team and business stakeholders.
  • Learn about Business Intelligence and the P&C insurance industry
What you bring
  • Knowledge of any dashboard development tool (Tableau preferred).
  • Experience with SQL (BigQuery preferred)
  • Experience with Excel would be an asset
  • Ability to test own work and an eye for data reconciliation
  • Willingness to own your work and its outcomes
  • On track for university or college degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Analysis, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline.

About Us

The hourly compensation for the role starts at $22/h and will increase based on factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, and the recommended rates as set by the respective educational institution.
