Job Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality landing gear components with precision and efficiency.
  • Understand and interpret setup sheets, tool lists, and operational detail sheets.
  • Calculate work offsets and indicate precise measurements.
  • Read and understand G and M codes.
  • Tape prove new and modified programs, anticipating machine behavior.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and 5-S activities.
  • Conduct pre-startup inspections with health and safety awareness.
  • Run multiple machines simultaneously in a safe and effective manner.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience, preferably in aerospace manufacturing.
  • Ability to produce large, high-quality parts in a safe, productive, and efficient manner.
  • Ability to take direction from and interact with co-workers in a productive and positive manner.
  • Minimum Grade 12 education required.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment.
  • Meet security screening requirements as set out by ITAR/CGRP directives.
